8. Expert Trip Review and WooCommerce

If you purchase an Expert Trip Review, we create a snapshot of the itinerary submitted for review.

This may include:

  • destinations;
  • dates;
  • accommodation;
  • itinerary activities;
  • trip preferences;
  • booking information;
  • notes supplied by you.

The snapshot allows the submitted version to be reviewed even if you later modify your active itinerary.

Purchases are processed through WooCommerce and the configured payment providers.

WooCommerce may store order details such as name, email, billing information, products purchased and payment method/status.

Payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or other enabled gateways process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and any information necessary to manage your subscription.
